Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or return.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 30 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by sending it to our email or visit Contact Us .

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fees 

No Restocking Fee, if the product is defective.
Restocking Fee is actual shipping fee incase of customer remorse.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

While we do not facilitate exchanges, we encourage you to initiate a return of your item(s) via mail, adhering to our Return Policy. You can conveniently utilize our online returns portal for this purpose and subsequently repurchase any desired item(s) available on our website.

Procedure for Shipping Returns

If you want to return your item, contact us through email at  and send all the necessary details once you get a confirmation for your return. You have to send back your purchase to the address which is provided to you via email. Please do not send it to the manufacturer.

Return the item as soon as possible. This offer is valid only for five days after getting a confirmation email.

Sales items cannot be returned and refunded at any cost.


Do not ship your item before confirmation from our side. Once your request is approved, please send it via shipping carriers to the address we have sent you through email.

Charging Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to our error, such as a change of mind or a non-defective item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

In cases where the original order included free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
